So I would like to start by saying I’m both unfamiliar with dental work and what to expect but man was I blown away by my visit today. I came in last week as a walk in and was refused service ( they didn’t have any spots that day) but was told to follow up and I did. I was snake to get in today and all the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I went up they took my info and had me wait. Now I will say it did take me about an hour and a half to be seen but I didn’t think that was bad at all considering I had no appointment and they were pretty busy this morning. Now on to the good stuff I needed A tooth extracted because it was broken. And they set me up with Maybe the coolest dentist ever Dr. Dave. He was funny always had a good joke relayed instructions clearly and quite honestly performed an amazing extraction for me. I was in no pain in the entire process. Some of the coolest patient care I have ever seen or experienced. Definitely see them if you need work done I myself will be going back.

So I only went to Locust Dental Group once. I definitely like to say my experience was excellent. My situation was emergency related. I had a broken tooth. Back moler, that was causing lots of pain. My previous dental location did not treat it as a emergency and wanted me to wait till December to fix it. Which is outrageous. Locust Dental Group looked at the issue. Agreed it was an emergency and got to extracting the problem immediately. Which I'd like to say thank you and they did great job. Only little critism I really had was the dentist was maybe little to pokey with the tool to checking the teeth. Accidentally poked my lip a little. And I think when leaving the facility with supplies after extraction they should give a little extra more gause or anything. But over all do i think that made the experience terrible? Definitely not. People were wonderful. Easy to talk too. Caring, and treat emergency related issues as actual emergency! Next time I go for anywhere for Dental work. It'll definitely be Locust Dental Group. Thanks y'all for treating me so well!

Ive been going to this dental office since 2021. Akron family Dental was impossible to get ahold of smh. I now have dentures sadly no ones fault ive always had bad teeth. That being said i need a fitting due to weigh loss. Oh my top denture has cracked. They are very nice efficient and go above wnd beyond! Stay awesome! Highly recommend for the family and all dental needs!!

I LOVE this practice. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Locust Dental Group. The staff are all friendly & amazing at their jobs. I have NEVER stepped in the office and not seen any of the staff not giving 110%. My family & I will happily be coming back.

I hadn't had a checkup/cleaning since before the pandemic, and needed a few fillings. Also I was looking for an office that accepted Care Source (Medicaid) and happened upon an advertisement for the Locust Dental Group while visiting the Summit County DJFS building. Looking up reviews here, I was at first a bit wary, and frankly confused, because of the one and two star reviews contrasting with the four and five star ones. After making an appnt and having not only a cleaning but several fillings done over the course of two visits, I can confidently report that my experience was top notch. Everyone from Tyler at the front desk, to Dr. Ramin and the assistants who performed the procedures were competent, professional, friendly, and efficient. I never had to wait in the lobby more than five minutes, and the cleaning and fillings were done promptly, with all three visits being in and out in under an hour. My only complaint is that I wish I would've found out about this office a few years ago.
